Mr. Pollard’s practice at the firm focuses mainly on Criminal Defense, Municipal and DWI Law, and Litigation.
Mr. Pollard was admitted to the New Jersey Bar in 2008 and the New Jersey Federal District Court in 2021.
Mr. Pollard obtained his B.A. in Journalism and Media Studies from Rutgers University in 1998 and his J.D. from Thomas Cooley Law School in 2006.
While in law school, Mr. Pollard was a Dean’s List student, participated in the school’s student mentor program, and was a staff writer for the Pillar student newspaper where he wrote news, features, and professor profiles. He was a student law clerk for the Hon. Rosemarie Aquilina at the 55th District Court in Mason, Michigan. There, he did research and advised the judge on cases ranging from criminal, civil, drunk driving, and business transactions.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Pollard was a solo attorney having made hundreds of appearances in municipal courts throughout the state. His practice focused primarily on criminal defense, DWI, municipal law, landlord-tenant, family law, and estate planning.
Mr. Pollard is a life-long tennis player and published author with three books available on Amazon.com.
