Ms. Jihi Oh’s practice at the Firm focuses primarily on Immigration Law and Corporate Law.
Ms. Oh has been admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey since 2009. She is also admitted to the New York Bar and California Bar. Ms. Oh began working in the field of immigration law while working as a volunteer attorney at the New York Immigration Service Center, a non-profit organization. Prior to joining the Firm, she was an in-house corporate counsel of H Mart, headquartered in Lyndhurst, New Jersey.
Ms. Oh earned a Master Degree in Tax Law from the Boston University School of Law in 2011 and a Juris Doctorate in Business Transactions from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 2009.
Ms. Oh is a member of New Jersey State Bar Association, New York State Bar Association, California Bar Association, American Immigration Lawyers Association, and Korean American Association of Greater New York. She is fluent in Korean.
